What currency are prices shown in?
All prices are displayed and charged in euros (EUR).
How much is delivery?
Ireland delivery is free for orders over €75. Express Delivery costs €25 and is the available delivery method below that threshold. See Shipping for handling and delivery estimates.
When will my order be dispatched?

Can I cancel an online order?
For eligible online purchases, notify us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods retain their statutory remedies. See Refunds and Returns for full details.
What if the item is faulty or not as described?
Your statutory rights apply. Contact us promptly with your order details and a clear description of the issue.
Can I return an opened hygiene item?
Some sealed hygiene-sensitive goods may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return after unsealing. This does not affect rights for faulty or misdescribed goods; see Refunds and Returns.
